Group Classes & Private Classes
Unless you have injuries or restrictions, private sessions are not required. Our workout is designed for a group setting. If you prefer to schedule a private class prior to your first group class, please call us to schedule. We accommodate private sessions in between group classes. Arrive early so that the instructor can walk you through the machine prior to your class. Any group or private class must be prepaid before attending. Group classes can be purchased on our online booking system. Private classes can be purchased by calling and scheduling your desired time.

We have an 8 hour cancellation policy, which can easily be done through our online booking system. To cancel, log in to your profile and go to your schedule. On the right side of the scheduled class is the option to cancel. If you have to late cancel, please do so online so another client can have the option to attend the class. With session packages, a late cancel is a forfeit of that session. Monthly/unlimited packages have a late cancel fee of $15.
Wait List Option
You have the option to wait list for a full class. Once a space opens up, the system will automatically add clients in the order in which they sign up. An email will be sent notifying you of the add, so please make sure you “opt in” for emails if you use this feature. If you no longer wish to attend the class, please cancel online. The wait list feature will not work within the 8 hours prior to the class due to our cancellation policy. In this case you can check the schedule to see if a spot opens up.
There are many metered parking areas around the studio on La Cienega and on Clifton Drive. Make sure you read parking signs prior to street parking. There is also a FREE 2 hour city lot on La Cienega Blvd and Gregory Drive, 1.5 blocks south of the studio. Entrance is on La Cienega just past Gregory Drive.
What to bring to class
- For safety and sanitary reasons; we REQUIRE EVERYONE to wear socks (Ideally non-slip tread socks).
- Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
- Wear comfortable workout attire and avoid large jewelry and strong perfumes.
- Yourself, this is for you. Being present minded will allow you to take full advantage of the benefits of our classes.
